Overwhelmed with relying on your Google search bar to learn about Orofacial Myology? Or maybe you have spent time and money on Intro courses and STILL feel like you don’t know where to start?
What you need is someone to simplify the science—someone to break down Orofacial Myology into “Lehman’s Terms.”
FOUNDATIONS is just that. It teaches the foundation of Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy, taking you right back to the basics. This course will help you start walking so you can eventually run!
Have you been working in Orofacial Myology for a long time and still not seeing results in your patients?
Maybe no matter how much research you do, you still can’t figure out the order to teach your myo exercises?
I’m here to tell you I get it, and I can help. Clinicians like you are the reason I developed my course, About Face. Rather than take years to learn everything on your own, I’ve condensed all of the information and science you need into one, simple course.
By the end of this course, you will understand the purpose behind the exercises you already know, have the confidence to collaborate with other professionals, and most importantly, see results in your patients.
About Face is a 180° turn from the courses you’ve already taken – let’s get started!
If any of these hit home, you are exactly who I had in mind when I created FOUNDATIONS. You probably already fell down a rabbit hole reading way too much information out there, and I don’t want you to feel overwhelmed and intimidated anymore. Instead, I want you to feel well-equipped and confident in your understanding of Orofacial Myology – as a patient or a therapist!
I am a Certified Orofacial Myologist and the owner of Oral Myofunctional Therapy of York (OMT of York). I believe in providing caring, individualized therapy for patients of all ages with Orofacial Myofunctional Disorders (OMDs).
At the end of the day, my priority is the prevention and treatment of the causes of OMDs. I don’t just treat the symptoms.
That is why I am passionate about educating others in this field. I’m here to provide the necessary foundations and make Orofacial Myology easy to understand by breaking it down into “Lehman’s Terms.” HA! Get it?
